Are your colored contact lenses safe to wear?
Yes, all our contact lenses are FDA-approved and ISO-certified. We prioritize eye safety by sourcing only from reputable manufacturers that meet strict medical quality standards.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Shipping times vary by location. Standard shipping typically takes 10-20 business days, while express shipping via DHL or FedEx takes 3-7 business days.
Do I need a prescription to purchase contact lenses?
While we offer both prescription and non-prescription (plano) lenses, we strongly recommend consulting with an eye care professional before wearing any contact lenses to ensure a proper fit.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the product packaging is unopened and the seals are intact. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened lens vials or used makeup.
